Find a passion that ignites a fire in your chest, belly, and heart.


Food has been a huge passion of mine for as long as I can remember, largely because of my father and brother, who instilled a love for cooking and dining in me from a young age. Italian food is what I was raised on and is the cuisine that I have delved the deepest into as a result. My desire to explore the world of food has brought me to a multitude of other cuisines over the years and continues to burn brighter the more I eat, cook, and observe.

To me, there are few complementary combinations that go together better than writing and food. They collaborate to inform, arouse, intrigue, and satisfy the consumer’s curiosity and craving for proper food journalism.

I am a journalist, copywriter, photographer, and hopeful world traveller. With Ryerson University’s four-year journalism program under my belt, years of experience working with fantastic publications and creatives, and a nourishing term serving and bartending in the hospitality industry, I will continue to document my journey wherever life takes me.

 

In addition to my passion for food, the arts, and travel, I strive to find the voices of those whose stories and struggles have been buried to inform, aid, and enrich.
